Administrative Assistant – SDM1
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
Educational level: Bachelor Degree (minimum)
Experience / Knowledge Required:
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
• Speaks, reads and writes English fluently
• Outgoing personality
• Demonstrates leadership quality
• Projects positive attitude
• Should be able to work long hours with minimum supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate in MS-Office
• Well organized
Roles:
• Undertakes a range of functions to make sure the administration activities within organization run
smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Submits all reports to the GM or, in his/her absence, to his/her assistant,
on a regular basis.
• Handles all incoming and outgoing calls.
• Responsible for the drafting and the writing of memos, mails and other
documents and reports.
• Ensures a constant communication within the organization.
• Organizes his/her planning and manages his/her working time in collaboration
with the GM.
• Communicates and collaborates with the external/consulting contractors, and suppliers.
• Completes tasks of staff management, administrative and social.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with the other services.
• Takes part in the meetings of the organization.
• Is responsible for writing down the minutes of meetings, and distribution of the files.
• Is responsible for the maintenance of the organization, work orders, their follow-up, appointments
with the management, and follows up on all phone calls.
• Is responsible for requisitions and takes care of all the office equipment.
• Is responsible for cleanliness of the space office and its maintenance, at
all times.
• Acts as a receptionist greeting the public and furnishing direction and information.
• Takes care of the application and the follow-up on the safety and the hygiene requirements of the
organization.
• Achieves all tasks relating to special projects, which are assigned to him/her.
• Be involved in, the preparation of job descriptions, polices and procedures.
• Any other duties assigned by the GM related to the organization.

Salary: USD 400 – 500
Probation period: 3 month
Contract period: 2 years
Annual leave: 30 days
Return airfare: Maldives-Manila-Maldives
Working hours: 8hrs
Off-day in a week: Friday
We will provide accommodation (sharing), food, medical & mobile phone allowances as per company policy.
