    Objective

    The major responsibility of the role is to assist implementation of the project throughout the project ABAP requirements.

    Responsibilities

    Required to program the client’s programming requirements based on the provided specifications, and to provide system support/technical knowledge to the project team throughout the project cycle, including but not limited to the following activities:

    1. Create technical specifications of programs/interfaces based on functional specification provided;
    2. Assist to implement client’s requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAPScripts, Smartforms, Data Migration, Reports, Interfaces, Portals/ESS/MSS, BSP/Web, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow
    3. Involve in the programs/interfaces are Unit Tested including created sufficient test data to complete scenario testing;
    4. Thoroughly document any programs/interfaces including system documentation and online help documentation;
    5. Support client through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases;
    6. Maintain up to date knowledge of SAP Products and SAP related news;
    7. Ensure that the template guideline are adhered to;
    8. Resolve 2nd and 3rd level support issues logged with the AP Support Centre within SLA timeframes – specifically investigating issues, identifying cause designing and implementation solutions, perform sufficient testing and updating required documentation;
    9. Adherence to NORTHGATEARINSO programming guidelines and quality control processes;
    10. Design and creation of interfaces to 3rd party systems such as HR, Finance, SEM, BW Systems, using technology such as IDOC’s, ALE, BAPI’s and XML;

    8. Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation.

    Qualifications

    1. College graduate
    2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in SAP HR (Payroll)
    3. At least 3 full life cycle implementations
    4. Advantage – Certified SAP Technical (ABAP) Consultant

    PeopleSoft Consultant needed

    Reports to: People Offshore Services Manager

    The person is responsible for providing PeopleSoft specific solutions in the form of project deliverables which includes but is not limited to Technical Design, Build, Unit Test and System Test. Other responsibilities include mentoring Junior Consultants and Consultants leveraging professional experiences in the field of PeopleSoft to provide correct, high quality Solutions in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    1. Delivers High Quality Technical Designs and Build / Unit test and System Test work packets within defined budget and schedule;
    2. Conducts Reviews / QA for team deliverables including own work;
    3. Identifies the correct Technical Solutions for Functional Requirements;
    4. Correctly documents and accounts work time charges of self and team;
    5. Reports a detailed status of own and team’s work clearly;
    6. Participates in presentations, knowledge transfer sessions, activities and events held within the team and the organization;
    7. Actively seeks answers through research, utilization and maximization of resources provided by the company.

    Qualifications

    3. With experience in Oracle Technologies;
    4. Knowledgeable in Advanced SQL Programming;
    5. Passed qualifying exam in Program Logic Formulation;
    6. Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 and higher is a plus;
    7. Knowledge in Oracle Technologies is a plus but not required;
    8. Knowledge in basic SQL Programming is a plus but not required;
    9. Passed qualifying exam in Program Logic Formulation;

    Jr. Consultants needed

    Responsibilities

    1. Assist in designing and documenting the client’s solution including their business requirements and any program specifications required;
    2. Assist Sr. Consultant / Project Manager in liaising with clients throughout the data cleansing, mapping and conversion phase and provide any assistance required including performing data loads and reconciliation;
    3. Support project team in generating software testing;
    4. Assists Consultants in compiling templates.
    5. Support project team throughout the UAT, Parallel and Go-Live phases;
    6. Executes post implementation support strategy.
    7. Escalate project problems and issues to appropriate levels.

    Competencies

    Program Administrator needed

    Education and Experience

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities

    Client Satisfaction

    1. Completion of task to schedule.
    2. Immediately respond to client communications.
    3. Prompt resolution of issue or escalation to Sr. Administrator or Supervisor.
    4. Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients.
    5. Ensures that client complaints are attended to and resolved promptly.
    6. Assist client in achieving program objectives.

    Efficient Management

    1. Data entry of submitted documents into the PR system.
    2. Review and approval of documents submitted in compliance with
      program and country/region guidelines.
    3. Ensure compliance with establish SLA.
    4. Escalation of exception cases to Senior Administrator or
      Administration Supervisor.
    5. Performance of periodic claims and/or revenue audit.
    6. Generation and validation of integrity of reports data.
    7. Receipt and logging of documents.
    8. Maintenance of electronic and manual files.
    9. Facilitation of courier, mailing requirements, fax transmission, etc.
    10. Recognition of new processes which impact on overall operations
      and proposal of process enhancements.
    11. Ensure adherence to program gudelines.
