Reports to: People Offshore Services Manager
The person is responsible for providing PeopleSoft specific solutions in the form of project deliverables which includes but is not limited to Technical Design, Build, Unit Test and System Test. Other responsibilities include mentoring Junior Consultants and Consultants leveraging professional experiences in the field of PeopleSoft to provide correct, high quality Solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Delivers High Quality Technical Designs and Build / Unit test and System Test work packets within defined budget and schedule;
- Conducts Reviews / QA for team deliverables including own work;
- Identifies the correct Technical Solutions for Functional Requirements;
- Correctly documents and accounts work time charges of self and team;
- Reports a detailed status of own and team’s work clearly;
- Participates in presentations, knowledge transfer sessions, activities and events held within the team and the organization;
- Actively seeks answers through research, utilization and maximization of resources provided by the company.

Qualifications
- College graduate.
- Fluent in speaking and writing English;
Knowledgeable in the following PeopleSoft Skills:
- a. Advanced People Code
- b. Advanced People Tools
- c. Advanced SQR
- d. Advanced Applications Engine
- e. Advanced Workflow
- With experience in Oracle Technologies;
- Knowledgeable in Advanced SQL Programming;
- Passed qualifying exam in Program Logic Formulation;
- Experience in PeopleSoft HCM 8.8 and higher is a plus;
- Knowledge in Oracle Technologies is a plus but not required;
- Knowledge in basic SQL Programming is a plus but not required;
- Passed qualifying exam in Program Logic Formulation;

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Client Satisfaction
- Completion of task to schedule.
- Immediately respond to client communications.
- Prompt resolution of issue or escalation to Sr. Administrator or Supervisor.
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients.
- Ensures that client complaints are attended to and resolved promptly.
- Assist client in achieving program objectives.
Efficient Management
- Data entry of submitted documents into the PR system.
- Review and approval of documents submitted in compliance with
program and country/region guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with establish SLA.
- Escalation of exception cases to Senior Administrator or
Administration Supervisor.
- Performance of periodic claims and/or revenue audit.
- Generation and validation of integrity of reports data.
- Receipt and logging of documents.
- Maintenance of electronic and manual files.
- Facilitation of courier, mailing requirements, fax transmission, etc.
- Recognition of new processes which impact on overall operations
and proposal of process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to program gudelines.
