<h4>Objective</h4>
<p>The major responsibility of the role is to assist implementation of the project throughout the project ABAP requirements.</p>
<h4>Responsibilities</h4>
<p>Required to program the client’s programming requirements based on the provided specifications, and to provide system support/technical knowledge to the project team throughout the project cycle, including but not limited to the following activities:</p>
<ol>
<li>Create technical specifications of programs/interfaces based on functional specification provided;</li>
<li>Assist to implement client’s requirements using technologies such as ABAP/4, SAPScripts, Smartforms, Data Migration, Reports, Interfaces, Portals/ESS/MSS, BSP/Web, Web Dynpro, SAP Workflow</li>
<li>Involve in the programs/interfaces are Unit Tested including created sufficient test data to complete scenario testing;</li>
<li>Thoroughly document any programs/interfaces including system documentation and online help documentation;</li>
<li>Support client through the User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go-Live phases;</li>
<li>Maintain up to date knowledge of SAP Products and SAP related news;</li>
<li>Ensure that the template guideline are adhered to;</li>
<li>Resolve 2nd and 3rd level support issues logged with the AP Support Centre within SLA timeframes – specifically investigating issues, identifying cause designing and implementation solutions, perform sufficient testing and updating required documentation;</li>
<li>Adherence to NORTHGATEARINSO programming guidelines and quality control processes;</li>
<li>Design and creation of interfaces to 3rd party systems such as HR, Finance, SEM, BW Systems, using technology such as IDOC’s, ALE, BAPI’s and XML;</li>

<li>Ability to understand and work with different cultures professionally;</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills;</li>
<li>Familiar of SAP in HR/Payroll ABAP and design;</li>
<li>Advance knowledge of implementation methodologies including the ASAP implementation methodology;</li>
<li>Advance in payroll programming knowledge and the necessary competencies to deliver the maximum value to our clients;</li>
<li>Analytical thinking/problem solving skills – work systematically and logically to resolve problems, address opportunities or manage the situation at hand, identify causes, relationships and implications;</li>
<li>Ability to use tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project and Visio to effectively update and maintain documentation.</li>
